Triple D Custom Guitars can not only build guitars, we can bring life back to your favorite or trusted old instrument with a range of different care services, such as;
 

 Sometimes things happen and we want to be there for you after your purchase to help. If you have bought a guitar from Triple D Custom Guitars and something happens that isn't covered under our warranty, we offer an extended care package for your purchase where you can ship your guitar back to us and we can repair it back to like new.

Project Turn-around Time

Due to many factors all project completion times given are estimated and can change due to many factors.
Some things that can take extra time:

• Guitar bodies that arrive in poor condition   • Guitar bodies with binding
•  Metal Flake Finishes                                    •  Graphical Finishes and Custom Orders
•  Non stock colors                                          • Undisclosed damage
•  Availability of materials

We have a fully climate controlled shop, however, high heat in the summer and cold temperatures and humidity in the winter months, do have an effect on how fast paint dries, and when we can paint or finish projects.

The volume of workload in the studio also effects overall turn around. Because of our quality work and prices - we do stay pretty busy A lot of our workload is from repeat customers.

Shipping and returns
Customer must return the item back to us at your expense. After the work is completed we will ship your item back for free.
Exclusions
This care package does not cover guitar repairs due to major damage, also items deemed by us beyond repair.
Major damage includes: splinted body, neck or headstock,  fire related repairs and any items deemed by us to be beyond repair. We reserve the right to use new or used replacement parts at our discretion.

Items left uncollected over 60 day are subject to a holding fee.
