At Triple D Custom Guitars, we are committed to providing a five
star service for your purchases.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, so if you
have questions about these return policies or about the item you
are considering purchasing, please call Drew at Triple D Custom
Guitars at (702) 660-0970.
Triple D Custom Guitars Returns Policy.
Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call
Triple D Custom Guitars right away.
Once
your delivery is signed for and accepted, the following conditions apply:
• All Guitars, Neck and body builds will have a 20% Restocking Fee.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be in new condition; unused. Indications of use include, but are not limited to: Cracks, scratches, dirt, wear to
fret board, strings and body, or damage to any hardware and
electronics and missing items.
• All accessories included with the guitar box must be returned. (Such as
straps, cables, additional accessories.)
• Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
• Unfortunately, delivery service fees and action set ups are not refundable.
Return Process:
•
All returns must acquire an RA (Return Authorization) from
Triple D Custom Guitars within 30 days of delivery acceptance.
• Once the RA has been issued from Triple D Custom Guitars (this
will arrive to you via email), ship the item back to the address
noted on the RA within 14 days.
• Once the product is received
it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows
any signs of use, Triple D Custom Guitars are not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable
(i.e. signs of use) we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
• Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking fees, will be refunded to your original form of payment
within 30 days.
