Custom Build Guitar Limited Warranty Information

Non Transferable warranty For the 12 months of your product from the date of completion, Triple D will repair or replace, at our option and to the original purchaser, free of charge, any of the following parts found upon examination that have only been replaced by Triple D Custom Guitars to be defective in material and/or workmanship:
 Structural Components including (if supplied):
• Body • Neck (including fret seating) • Electrical Components • Tuner Hardware

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear

• Outer paint or clear coat finish      • Plastics including pick guard
• Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Triple D Guitars and Finishes by Drew LLC.
• Circumstances beyond the control of Triple D Guitars and Finishes by Drew LLC.
 • Repairs and/or modifications made to any part without specific consent from Triple D Guitars and Finishes by Drew LLC.

Exclusions also include components with damage or failure caused by:
• Contamination • Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence • Modifications or alterations • Use other than normal design specifications • Improper operation, maintenance, or storage. • Any original items and any items not fitted or replace by Triple D Guitars
